Catering in Artarmon: Your Questions
Do you deliver catering to Artarmon?
Yes — Artarmon is inside our regular delivery run from the café in Willoughby. The delivery fee depends on your exact address and we confirm it with your quote, so there's no surprise on the invoice. Pickup from the café is free if you'd rather collect.
How much notice do you need for catering?
We ask for 48 hours' notice on all catering orders, which gives us time to shop for it properly and bake in-house. If you need something sooner, call us on 0415 177 280 — we can often manage a next-day order depending on the day and what you're after.
How many people does each platter serve?
Most of our shared platters serve 8–10 people, and pasta trays serve 6–8. As a rough guide, allow one shared platter per 8 people for a light working lunch, or two platters per 8 if it's the main meal of the day and people will go back for seconds.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal requests are all routine for us. Tell us the numbers and the specifics in your order notes and we'll build around them, usually by adjusting what's on each platter rather than sending a separate sad box for one person.
Is there a minimum order for Artarmon?
No minimum. Most office orders land between $200 and $500 depending on headcount, but we'll quote whatever size you need — a single muffin tray is a perfectly normal order.
How is the food delivered and served?
Everything arrives in disposable boxes with napkins and serveware included. Nothing needs washing and nothing needs returning — you unbox it onto the table and that's the job done.
